Delivery

Inside Kathmandu Valley. One to two working days. Free on orders over Rs 3,000, otherwise the charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Rest of Nepal (All 7 Provinces). Three to five working days. The delivery charge is shown at checkout and is calculated per parcel rather than per book.

Order Cutoff. Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day go out the same afternoon from our Kathmandu warehouse. After that they go out the next working day.

Returns

You have seven days from the day the book reaches you.

If the book is fine and you changed your mind: Send it back in the condition it arrived in and we refund the price of the book. The return postage is yours.

If the book arrived damaged, or it is the wrong book: We cover the return and either replace it or refund you in full. Email a photo and your order number to hello@headerbooks.com and we will arrange the courier collection.

What we cannot take back: A book that has been written in, had its pages folded, or lost its publisher shrink wrap.

Refunds

Once the book is back with us at the dark store, the refund goes to the way you paid within five working days. Bank timing after that is out of our hands.
